Bought two packs of 2026 trackers. Out of 6 trackers only one worked. Reached out to Hello disc to right this problem not once but twice and no response. Their product is garbage and they don’t support their customers.

These little beepers are a must for us. They save us SO much time. My husband bought a box of them to share with our friends etc. Unfortunately, there were quite a few that stopped working after just a few uses and one or 2 never worked. Hoping our next round will last longer than this box. We still love them and wouldn’t play without them.

I had a friend give me a pack to try out. The first landed in a body of water which I was unable to retrieve till the next day. I can see why that one gave out. But the next one stopped working less than two months later. Now, I owed him a pack so I ordered six, one for him, two for another friend and the others for myself. With Trumps tarrif BS, it's turned out to cost me 36.09 dollars a pack. I can buy two cheaper disc or one good one for that.
Sorry HelloDisc, but it's just not worth the money.

These are incredible. I can’t tell you how many discs I haven’t lost because of them. You do have to have a general idea of where the disc landed because if it lands face down, the chirp isn’t incredibly loud especially if playing near a busy street. I can generally hear it from 20 to 30 feet away with no problem.

Because we lose our discs in heavily treed and bushy areas, the HelloDisc can become damaged. No worries though, because it has a 1yr replacement warranty if it is damaged or becomes dislodged and lost, they will replace it for free. Their customer service is incredible and very fast.

I have a lot of discs and bought 4 packs for me and my family. I even gave one out to a friend who is sold on them as well.

My home course is way overgrown with sage brush, cheat grass and willows. We would spend 30 to 60 min looking for a disc and it was super annoying, because of this it was hard to throw different shots because you were afraid to lose your disc. Now with this trackers its super easy to find. The tracker is lightweight so it doesn't effect the flight of your disc, and they let me throw a verity of shots without fear of losing a disc.
I have hit the ground hard, hit tress hard, and the tracker has not come off. Pro tip, do not put the super glue on the top of the sticker because the tracker will get super glue on it and not work

They work great and make disc golf so much more fun. The button cover is the weak point on these ultra lightweight one. If it comes off, you can touch a small piece of metal, like the handle of a zipper, the end of a lighter, or the opener from a can to make the connection to make it work. Worse is when the button cover doesn't come off, but gets damaged and either makes the battery drain or makes it make crazy noises.

I bought two packs thinking the first one would last longer but I didn’t even have them two months until they broke or came off my disc. I like the idea but need better ones for sure. Sadly I can’t upload pics because I lost both of them

Reliable beeper that I keep on a gold-colored disc that is hard to see, and on a couple of my favorites. Only been through one season, but has saved me lots of time looking.

Looks good in used at this point. But the company is fast and fair and I really just ordered to support this startup. I hope to get out and try on my favorite died discs.

My 6 and 4 year old love throwing discs at our local course but it’s a nightmare trying to keep track of their discs and mine. With the HelloDisc it has been a complete game changer for us. Thanks so much for making these!

I received the 2-2 packs and immediately applied to my 2 favorite distance drivers. Used the included glue on both. Next day, first one fell off after hitting a tree. Was able to recover the tracker. Second one has stayed on but doesn't beep after I throw it. Have tried it several times thus far and has yet to beep after a throw. It has stayed on after several tree hits.

this little device has brought so much joy to my game. it’s super simple and the customer service is amazing. the suppliers replaced one of my first ones within 15 miniutes of me messaging

Great concept but I lost 2 of the 4 i bought on my first 18 holes. One came off the disc. It didnt hit a tree. Seemed to be a routine landing. I didnt notice it was gone until i was about to drive on the next hole. The other just quit working for no reason. I hit the button and it no longer beeps. I only used it a couple times. I love the concept of these but not sure i can justify buying more if I’m only going to get one round out them*** after my initial review the owner sent me replacements immediately. Thats amazing customer service. He also said hes working on some upgrades. Will definitely buy more

These trackers will quickly become indispensable items for anybody who starts using them. Have had some issues with the on/off buttons coming off a couple of times ,but I believe they’re working on that and actually replaced a couple for me so that was nice of them.Great simple option to have on your favorite and often thrown discs to save you time and aggravation. Locate ur discs quickly and greatly lessen the possibly losing discs.
I do recommend them.
your rounds are much more relaxing, and often quicker played.

Hello! This is the second set I've purchased, but this was a gift for a friend this time. He was excited at first, but now doesn't want to use it because there's now an issue with one of mine.

The first purchase was a little bit ago (maybe a month or two). Been using them an loved then, however, just last week we were playing and when my disc landed in the grass (didn't hit any objects) the button to turn on/off came off. Now the beeping won't stop. This is why he is reluctant to put any of them on a disc.

I love using them because I can throw with confidence and it has saved my discs from being lost several times. But the constant beeping can drive you a little crazy lol

I greatly appreciated the complimentary Hello Disc. Even with my hearing aids in I couldn't hear ut beeping. I have 50% hearing loss in the upper 50% of the hearing range.

The time spent searching for my favorite discs has been reduced to near zero. I could not be happier with this product

I saw a link for the HelloDisc Ultralight tracker a few weeks ago and thought it looked like a neat idea. Honestly, folks in my disc golf group had joked about putting AirPods on discs, and this seemed like a simpler solution. So, what the heck, I figured I'd give it a try and test them out. And boy am I glad that I did! I slapped the two trackers on two of my drivers, figuring they were the most likely to get lost. Over the course of a single 18-hole round, they must have saved me easily 10-15 minutes of looking for my discs, especially when I heisered one off into a deep thicket. That could have taken a pile of time and frustration, but instead I simply followed the beep and found my disc almost immediately. Totally worthwhile purchase, and I'll probably pick up some more for my other drivers and midranges. (I figure that if I need one for a putter, I *might* be doing something wrong.) Great product!

Ordered (4) 2-packs of trackers. Of those 8 individual trackers, 3 work as they should, 1 was inoperative out of the box, 2 failed after one round in the dew covered grass, and 2 split in 1/2 after one tree hit. It’s a great concept, but the reliability is not there.

Full disclosure, I explore the whole course, not just the fairway :)
The hello disk was a great investment for my local course, which is basically a prairie, with tall grass 3-4 feet high, and thick.
Today I would have lost 5 disks if not for the HelloDisk. Each time I launched a disk into the weeds, I could hear the sound and found the disk every time. The weeds were so thick that I would be standing within a foot my disk and had to move the weeds to find the disk. Even with the sound it took me 3-5 minutes to find my disk, which is a testament to amount of weeds that I had at this course. Without the sound it would have taken 20-30 minutes to find a disk (ask me how I know). This gave me the confidence to really give it my all when using my driver without fear of losing my disks.

I 100% recommend this product.
