I like the HelloDisc beeper a lot. My local course has a lot of waist high grass and very dense brush off the fairways. Normally i wouldn't play it by myself because solo rounds lead to at least 1 lost disc. I put a Hellodisc on a disc and went out and played a round alone as a test. Not only did I not loose my disc, the round played a lot quicker than normal. Being able to walk right up the your disc by following the sound just speeds everything up.
The only thing I wish was different is I with it were a bit louder. I noticed that with a lot of insect noises happening you have to get closer to hear it. The speaker facing down doesn't help unfortunately so if it were louder it would help where there is more ambient noises. With that said I never lost my disc.
